Description/Highlights The large, sprawling campus provided numerous water conservation and “teaching” opportunities. The focus for this project was on water conservation technology and equipment. Indoor water conservation was enhanced by placing flow restrictors and low-flush toilets throughout the campus. Externally, several new smart irrigation controllers, along with water-efficient nozzles and valves were installed to conserve water near the football field/track and soccer field. Several informative articles were published in a variety of University publications and featured on the University’s website.
Completion Date Winter 2010
